- Graham crackers: Crushed, to create the base for the crust.
- Brown sugar: This will go in the crust and the filling.

- Flour: This will give the filling structure

- Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F / 175 C.
- Step 2. Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar and mix until crumbly.
- Step 3. Pour this mixture into the oil-coated baking dish. Spread and press firmly into the bottom.
- Step 4. Top the crust with chocolate chips and bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Spread the melted chocolate chips to coat the crust.

Crust
- ½ cup graham crackers crushed
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon butter melted
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
Filling
- ½ cup flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup white granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips or chunks, semi-sweet
- ¼ cup coconut shredded
- ¼ cup walnuts chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F / 175 C.
- Melt the butter for the crust in the microwave. Add the graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar to the mixture and mix until crumbly.
- Pour this mixture into the oil-coated or baking-sprayed baking dish, spread and press firmly into the bottom.
- Pour the ⅓ cup of chocolate chips on top of the crust and bake in the oven for 5 minutes. When you remove from the oven, spread the chocolate chips which should completely melt and coat the crust.
- For the filling, add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, the flour, baking powder, sugar and brown sugar. Whisk together
- Then add the milk, oil, vanilla and almond extract to the dry ingredients and mix slowly until completely combined.
- Add the walnuts, coconut shavings and chocolate chips, folding into the batter.
- Pour the mixture onto the melted chocolate in the baking dish.
- Bake again in the oven for 35-38 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Top with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and some chopped walnuts. Enjoy while still warm!
