This no-bake Peanut Butter Pie  is great for summer when you don't want to switch on the oven but still want to indulge.

Oreos  Cream cheese  Sugar Peanut Butter  Heavy whipping cream Peanuts  Chocolate  Peanut Butter Cups Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

Step 1

Pulse the Oreos in a food processor for a couple of minutes until you get fine crumbs.

Step 2

Add the Oreo crumbs to a mixing bowl. Add the butter and mix until combined.

Step 3

Press down the Oreo crust into a 9-inch pie dish. Place the pie dish in the refrigerator for the Oreo crust to set.

Step 4

In the meantime prepare the peanut butter filling. In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese with the sugar and peanut butter.

Step 5

Beat the softened cream cheese with the sugar and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Step 6

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream for 5-10 minutes, or until stiff peaks form.

Step 7

With a spatula slowly incorporate the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.

Step 8

Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled Oreo crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Step 9

Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight to set properly. Once the pie has chilled and is set, you can slice it with a sharp knife and serve with any of the optional toppings.
